At the moment, Metabolics does not send orders directly to addresses in Germany. This is because German customs are currently placing restrictions and additional checks on nutritional supplements imported from non‑EU countries, including the UK.
Why we cannot ship to Germany
Shipments of food supplements from the UK into Germany are being delayed or stopped by German customs while they review import rules for these products.
To avoid orders being held, refused or significantly delayed, Metabolics has temporarily paused direct shipments to Germany while this situation is clarified.
What we are doing about it
Metabolics is actively reviewing the position with German customs and monitoring regulatory guidance on importing nutritional supplements into Germany from outside the EU.
The aim is to find a compliant and reliable way of shipping to Germany again in future, without creating problems or delays for customers at customs.
