We currently cannot ship to Germany, Spain, or Belgium.
Germany Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship nutritional supplements to Germany due to ongoing issues with German Customs regarding the import of nutritional supplements from outside the EU. Germany has specific regulations requiring food supplements to be registered with the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL), and products from non-EU countries face additional scrutiny and compliance requirements.
Working Toward a Solution
This is an active situation that we are investigating. We are working to find a resolution with German Customs that will allow us to send our products to Germany without problems or delays. We hope to have an answer soon that will enable us to resume shipping to German customers.
Spain and Belgium Restrictions
We also cannot ship to Spain or Belgium at this time. Similar customs and regulatory challenges affect our ability to deliver nutritional supplements to these countries.

When customers inquire about shipping to these countries, provide the following information:
Clear statement: We cannot currently ship to Germany, Spain, or Belgium.
