If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it anytime from the login page.

Steps to reset your password

1. Go to the login page.

2. Click “Forgot your password?”.

3. Enter the email address linked to your Metabolics account.

4. Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the link to create a new password.

Troubleshooting

• If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

• Make sure you enter the same email address you originally used to create your account.

• If no reset email arrives and you haven’t logged in for a long time, your account may need to be reactivated first. In this case, please contact the Metabolics team to request an account reactivation email before trying to reset your password again.
