If something is missing from your parcel, we will resolve this for you.

Check your order confirmation to make sure the item was included in your purchase.
Look inside all packaging carefully, as smaller items may be tucked between protective materials.
If the item is still missing, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of what is missing.
Next steps
We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or arrange a refund.
You will not be charged extra for correcting a packing error.
