What is your packaging made from?
Product packaging: We use plastic bottles for most supplements and glass bottles for some liquid products. Shipping packaging: Orders are packed using protective cardboard pulp, which is often made from recycled material.

Which courier has the lowest carbon footprint?
We often use Royal Mail, which has one of the lowest carbon footprints in the UK. Many deliveries are made on foot or by bicycle, making it more sustainable than van-only services.
Do you use renewable energy?
Yes. All energy supplied to our manufacturing facilities in Wiltshire comes from renewable sources.
Do you use animal testing?
No. We do not conduct or commission animal testing on any of our products.
