At present, Metabolics does not ship orders directly to addresses in Spain, Germany or Belgium. This is a temporary suspension affecting all Metabolics products being sent to these destinations.

Why we cannot currently deliver

• Since Brexit, customs authorities in Spain, Germany and Belgium have been refusing or returning parcels containing nutritional supplements sent from the UK, and are not providing clear reasons for these refusals.

• Because of this, Metabolics has had to disable shipping to these countries to avoid orders being delayed, rejected or returned to sender.

What Metabolics is doing

• Metabolics has attempted to work with carriers and the relevant customs authorities to resolve the situation but, at this time, the authorities concerned are still refusing to accept parcels from the UK and have not given a workable explanation or solution.

• Shipping will remain disabled for Spain, Germany and Belgium until there is a clear, reliable and compliant way to deliver without customs refusal or excessive delay.
