You can update your postcode yourself during checkout or, if the order is already placed, the Metabolics team may be able to amend it before dispatch.

Changing your postcode during checkout

On the checkout page, edit the address fields (including postcode) directly before you complete payment.
Double‑check the full address and postcode for accuracy, as incorrect details can cause delays or failed deliveries.

If you have already placed your order

If your order has not yet been dispatched, our team can usually update the delivery postcode for you.
Please call us as soon as possible on +44 (0)1380 812799 (Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5:30pm, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm UK time), or email [email protected], and a member of the team will confirm whether the address can still be amended before shipping.
