Refunds are issued once your return arrives back to us and has been processed.
Steps to request a refund
Click on the Returns tab.
Select the order and item you’d like to return.
Send the product back in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is checked and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important notes
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
Refund times depend on your bank or card provider but usually take 3–5 working days after processing.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
