How do I get a refund?Updated 2 months ago

Refunds are issued once your return arrives back to us and has been processed.

Steps to request a refund

  • Log into your account.

  • Click on the Returns tab.

  • Select the order and item you’d like to return.

  • Send the product back in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once your return is checked and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Important notes

  • Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

  • Refund times depend on your bank or card provider but usually take 3–5 working days after processing.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
