How do I initiate an exchange?Updated 2 months ago
You can request an exchange directly from your online account.
Steps to start an exchange
Click on the Returns tab.
Select the order and item you’d like to exchange.
Choose the replacement item and follow the on-screen instructions.
Send the original product back in its unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return arrives back to us and has been processed, we will send out the replacement item.
Important notes
Exchanges are only possible for items that are sealed and unused.
If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you to arrange payment.
If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference once the return is processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
