How do I initiate an exchange?Updated 2 months ago

You can request an exchange directly from your online account.

Steps to start an exchange

  • Log into your account.

  • Click on the Returns tab.

  • Select the order and item you’d like to exchange.

  • Choose the replacement item and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Send the original product back in its unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once your return arrives back to us and has been processed, we will send out the replacement item.

Important notes

  • Exchanges are only possible for items that are sealed and unused.

  • If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you to arrange payment.

  • If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference once the return is processed.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
