If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can put it right.

Steps to take

  • Include clear photos showing:

    • The outer packaging as it arrived

    • The contents and the damage to the product(s)

  • This helps us investigate with the courier and prevent future issues.

Next steps

  • Once we receive the details, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • You will not be charged for correcting a delivery issue.
