My order is marked as delivered but it has not arrivedUpdated 2 months ago

Sometimes couriers mark a parcel as delivered before it actually reaches you.

Steps to check first

  • Check with neighbours, building reception, or a safe place around your property.

  • Look for a delivery card or email/text from the courier with further instructions.

  • Double-check the delivery address on your order confirmation.

Next steps

  • For Royal Mail: deliveries can occasionally be scanned early and may arrive within the next 24 hours.

  • For DHL: tracking updates may show as “delivered” when the parcel is awaiting handover, so please allow a short delay.

  • If your parcel still has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
