If you receive the wrong item, please let us know and we will put it right quickly.
Steps to take
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
We will confirm the next steps, which may include sending you a pre-paid return label.
Once confirmed, we will send out the correct item as soon as possible.
Important notes
You will not be charged extra for correcting an order error.
Please do not use the incorrect item, as it may need to be returned to us.
