All dosage, serving size, and usage instructions for Metabolics products are available directly on each product page.

To find this information:

  1. Visit the product page for your chosen supplement (you can find this by searching on our website or clicking the product link in your order confirmation email)

  2. Scroll down to the "Directions / Dosage" section

  3. Here you'll see the recommended daily dose, how to take the product (e.g., with food, timing), and suitability information such as whether it's suitable for vegetarians or vegans

Each product page also includes a "Supplement Facts" table showing the full nutritional breakdown per serving, along with ingredients and any relevant warnings or storage instructions.
