If something is missing from your parcel, we will resolve this for you.

Steps to take

  • Check your order confirmation to make sure the item was included in your purchase.

  • Look inside all packaging carefully, as smaller items may be tucked between protective materials.

  • If the item is still missing, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of what is missing.

Next steps

  • We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or arrange a refund.

  • You will not be charged extra for correcting a packing error.
