You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Steps to cancel

• Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

• If your order is still processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

• If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can still initiate a return once it arrives.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your cancellation or return has been processed.
