You can manage returns directly from your online account.

Steps to start a return

• Log into your account.

• Click on the Returns tab.

• Select the order and item you’d like to return.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your return.

• Send the product back in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Once your return arrives back to us and has been processed, we will issue your refund or exchange.

Important notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after processing.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
