At the moment, you can’t update your order online. If you need to add or remove items, please contact us directly.

Current process

• Call or email our office to request changes.

• We can update your order if it hasn’t already been packed or dispatched.

• Once an order is complete, no further changes can be made.

Coming soon

• From December 2025 we expect to launch a new system.

• This will allow you to edit your order online while it is still processing (before it is marked complete).

• You’ll be able to do this directly from your account.
