Yes, we ship to the USA. To make things simpler for our customers, all orders are now sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

What this means

• You will see all duties and taxes included in the price you pay at checkout.

• There will be no surprise customs charges on delivery.

What changed

• Until recently, many smaller orders could enter the USA duty-free under a de minimis threshold (previously USD 800).

• New US trade rules now apply tariffs to all supplement products, even below that threshold.

Example
For one recent order, US Customs applied:

• 6.4% base tariff, plus

• 10% general duty rate (the UK does not have an exemption from this).
  That meant a total tariff of 16.4%, which was correctly charged under the new system.

How this affects you

• All charges are calculated and collected by us at checkout.

• Your parcel will clear customs smoothly, with no extra payment needed on delivery.

• Tariff rates vary by product category and may change over time in line with US customs rules.
