How do I apply promo/discount codes?Updated 2 months ago

You can enter your promo or discount code at checkout before completing payment.

Steps to apply a code

• Add your items to the basket.

• Go to Checkout.

• Enter your code in the Discount code or gift card box.

• Click Apply and the total will update.

Things to check

• Codes may have an expiry date or product restrictions.

• You can only use one discount code per order.

• Check spelling carefully- codes are case sensitive.

Healthcare practitioner referrals

• If your practitioner gave you a code, apply it on your first order only.

• After that, the discount will be automatically applied whenever you log in and place future orders.
