How do I update the billing information on my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once an order has been placed, the billing details linked to the payment cannot be changed. This is because they are passed directly to the payment provider such as your bank or PayPal for security reasons.

What you can do

  • If you entered the wrong billing address, do not worry. This will not affect delivery, as parcels are always sent to the shipping address.

  • If you need to update your card details or PayPal account, you will need to do this in your account or with your bank, then use the updated details for future orders.

  • For subscriptions, log into your account and click on the Subscriptions tab. From there, you can update your billing information for recurring payments.
