You can check your order status at any time:

• If you have an account

  1. Go to My Account and sign in.

  2. Open My Orders.

  3. Select your order to view its current status (e.g. Processing, Dispatched, Delivered). Tracking will appear here if available.

• If you checked out as a guest
  Your dispatch confirmation email will include courier and tracking details (if available).

• DHL Express Tracking

📦 Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day (Mon–Fri). Delivery times vary by courier and destination.
