Why can’t I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Tracking doesn’t always update in real time. This is most common with Royal Mail, but can also happen with DHL depending on scan points.

Royal Mail tracking

• Not all services provide full tracking.

• Updates may only show when the parcel is out for delivery or after delivery.

• It can take 24–48 hours after dispatch for the number to activate.

DHL tracking

• Usually updates at each step, but short delays can occur between scan points.

• Some early statuses may just show “Shipment information received” until the parcel reaches the export depot.

• DHL Express deliveries to the USA typically update more frequently than Royal Mail.
